Celebrating 20 Years of EST03!
Less than 25% of companies make it to twenty years, and we’ve done it! Twenty years of creating “Messages that Stick,” and continuous growth, failing forward, and winning. We were thrilled to be able to celebrate alongside our entire EST03 team with a dedicated three-day event from October 18th through October 20th, 2023, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
EST03, as the parent company of Adsposure and Advertising Vehicles, brought all of our employees together, as well as our employees who work in satellite and home offices throughout the country, for the first time in over seven years. As EST03 and our team continues to grow, this opportunity to bring the entire company together to celebrate such a momentous occasion was extremely important to us.
EST03 Takes Over Fountain Square
One of the highlights of the three-days was the 20th Anniversary Celebration at Fountain Square, in downtown Cincinnati. EST03 completely took over and transformed the space, and it was filled with staff, clients, partners, and guests for an evening of live music, great food and drinks, and camaraderie and networking.
It was truly amazing to have everyone together who has contributed to the success and growth of EST03 in one space, celebrating our accomplishments and toasting to the future.
Living Our Values
For the remaining two days, staff gathered for conversation and teambuilding sessions, learning from each other, and growing as a group. On our final day together, the team donated their time to local Blue Ash charity Matthew 25: Ministries, putting our values into action for those affected by humanitarian crises and natural disasters.
Overall, the three days spent together celebrating our 20th Anniversary were a true representation of what it’s like to work at EST03 – we were able to have fun as a team, while continuing to put in the necessary work to see even greater growth over the next 20 years! Here’s to the next 20 years of EST03!
