These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the SMS/text messaging services (“SMS Service”) used by EST03 Inc., Advertising Vehicles Inc., and Adsposure Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By communicating with our employees via SMS, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Purpose of SMS Communication

      Our SMS Service is used solely for business-related, 1-to-1 communication between EST03 employees and your organization.
      Typical Examples include:

  • Scheduling or appointment updates
  • Installation or field-service notifications
  • Artwork, proofing, or design-related coordination
  • Requests for documentation or information
  • Status updates or issue resolution
  • General workflow or operational communication tied to an existing project or relationship

     We do not send marketing, promotional, automated, or bulk messages. 
     All messages are manual, conversational, and tied to active business engagements.

  1. Consent to Receive Messages

     By doing any of the following, you consent to receive SMS messages under these Terms:

  • Providing your mobile number to an EST03 employee
  • Responding to an SMS message from our team
  • Initiating a text conversation with any EST03 representative

     Consent applies only to the types of communications described above.

  1. Message Frequency

     Message frequency varies based on project activity, scheduling needs, or ongoing communications between your organization and ours.
     Typical traffic is low-volume and conversational.

  1. Cost of Messages

     Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
     We are not responsible for carrier charges.

  1. Opt-Out Instructions

      You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:

      STOP — You will no longer receive text messages from us.
      To resume messaging, reply START.

     Message delivery may be affected by:

  • Carrier networks
  • Cellular coverage
  • Device limitations
  • Third-party service interruptions

     EST03 is not responsible for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages.

     Our SMS Service works with most major U.S. wireless carriers.
     Carrier participation and support may vary and can change over time.
