2 Guys and an Idea.
Ken Black and LV Semona meet at Clear Channel Communications. As the advertising market continued to evolve, both Ken and LV knew that radio wasn't the future. This began their search for a new business idea - and the beginnings of what would start as Advertising Vehicles.

It Starts.
First day of work at Advertising Vehicles. The company began with vehicle wraps, but also branched out into other aspects of advertising agency work. Pictured is the first wrap created by Advertising Vehicles, for LV's college buddy Mark Stuhlreyer and his company Contingent Network Services.

April, 2004
The Team Grows.
Hired Michael Ries, the first "real" employee. Soon after, later, they would hire LV's brother-in-law, Tom Smith.

Anything It Takes.
In the early days of Advertising Vehicles, the team was willing to wrap or decal anything to offset costs and make a profit. Pictured are the personal vehicles of Ken, LV, Michael, and Tom with a client's advertisement on them!

Branching Out.
Tom Smith calls SORTA, the transit authority in Cincinnati, Ohio, to see if they would wrap their buses, beginning their first adventure into transit advertising

Clever Cars.
The first Advertising Vehicles wrap! If you look closely, you'll see Ken, LV, and Michael's faces "pressed" against the glass.

Welcome Transit Advertising.
SORTA becomes the first awarded transit advertising contract for the company. Pictured is the first bus ad for Advertising Vehicles.

Creativity Is Key.
The Advertising Vehicles team was always finding ways to keep pushing forward with new ad formats and creative photography. In this ad, the team staged their own photo shoot with Ken's wife "reaching" for the ring.

Moving Forward.
Transit partnerships with Lextran in Lextington, Kentucky and TARC in Louisville, Kentucky begin.

Continued Momentum
Business continues to expand as a new contract is signed with WeGo, the transit authority in Nashville, Tennessee.

Fleet Frenzy.
Advertising Vehicles begins contract with Anheuser-Busch, one of the largest fleet orders in company history.

The Launch of A New Brand.
Adsposure is created to differentiate the transit advertising portion of the business from vehicle graphics.

A Monumental Year.
Under the new Adsposure brand, three new transit advertising markets were launched, TANK in Northern Kentucky, DART in Des Moines, and KCATA in Kansas City. A monumental year indeed.

Taking on Texas.
Branching out of the Midwest, Adsposure adds Trinity Metro in Fort Worth, Texas to the list of transit partners.

Windy City Success.
In a time where many businesses stepped back, Adsposure charged forward with a new partnership in Chicago with PACE Suburban Bus.

Powerful Partnerships.
Advertising Vehicles begins its partnership with Sysco, a major agreement.

Hello Indianapolis.
A new partnership begins with IndyGo, the transit authority in Indianapolis, Indiana. Under 2 hours from HQ in Cincinnati.

20 Years Later.
